Regarding the California Wildfires

A quick note from Information Today, Inc. regarding the California fires. We are obviously monitoring the situation in California, as everyone is. There is currently no expected impact on the Northern California region in general, and Monterey and the Internet Librarian conference specifically. Also, there does not seem to be any airline disruption getting to and from Monterey. Our thoughts are with the people impacted by the fires.

There is an event in Facebook for IL2007 and there is a group in Facebook for IL2007. If you are a Facebook user, use the search feature to find theo event and group, AND feel free to join. (07/18/2007)

There are many pre-conference workshops on Oct. 27 & 28, both half-day and full-day, including one entitled "Libraries on the MUVE in Second Life." Go here to view the workshop list. If you are planning on attending a workshop, register soon! (10/9/2007)

Booth Change for San Jose State University

This is to inform you that our booth number in the Final Program for Internet Librarian Conference is incorrect. Our booth number is 223, not 209. This has been corrected and there is an “Addendum” page with the correction in the Final Program.
