Hi, I'm Karen Schneider and I work in research and development at College Center for Library Automation in Tallahassee, Florida. We are the statewide automation network for Florida's 28 community college libraries. I also blog on personal time at Free Range Librarian. You can IM me on AOL at freerangelib or ping me on Twitter, where I'm kgs.

I don't have any presenting duties at IL, so I'm going to attend lots of sessions, do a thorough walk-through of the exhibits, and have fun! Like Joshua Neff, I would like to have "unconference" times where I just hang to talk technology. I may take one night as a personal "get in touch with myself" evening... well, truthfully, I have two sessions coming up in November I need to get ready for. ;-) Besides, I have more fun when I build in a little chill time.

I will have a car, and I love good restaurants.
