Hi! I'm Carol Bean, and I will be one of the speakers for Session B103: Information Literacy in the Public Library. I work in a public library in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where, for the last six years, I have been training (mostly) older adults to use computers, and developing classes and techniques which work well with older adults.
